The adaptive waist pack is a roughly 2 liter fanny pack / dangler. It can fit a generous amount of general purpose items in the main pocket, which has a divider to the rear & loop velcro on the inside for organizers. The front pocket of the pack can fit smaller items like a phone & wallet and has shock cord in front to secure small items like a pair of gloves or a tourniquet.
